ESTATE AT EAST WIND WEDDING: MATT + RACHEL
Rachel and Mattβs wedding day was so special to me. I met Rachel over 3 years prior to the wedding day...and we knew then that Iβd someday be photographing her wedding! Rachel was the Maid of Honor for my other darling bride Margaret and I immediately wanted to be besties with them both!
Needless to say, I was beyond honored to hear from Rachel basically right after the proposal!!! Rachel met Matt through a mutual friend, Chris. Rachel and Chris worked as EMTs together on an ambulance. He then went on to become a police officer and was partnered with Matt. When Chris met Matt, he immediately called Rachel and said "Hey Rachel, I just met your future husband!" And he was right! Matt and Rachel were married at the Estate at East Wind in Long Island, NY. Their blush color palette perfectly matched the blooming gardens at the Estate.
